Had a nice 2 hour ride today in my apartment while watching a movie. Used my new bike shoes and pedals for the first time. The shoes literally clip into the pedal and can only be removed by twisting outward. Quite a funny feeling being attached to the bike but it does make pedaling a little easier. Glad my first experience with them was on a the stationary trainer though! I already plan on falling at least once when I try these things while moving. I'll try to take a video of it when I do!
